Key requirements for a successful Teaching Assistant:

• SEND TA / SEND Teaching Assistant experience
• Experience in a Primary or Secondary setting
• Understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
• Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or at least 6 months experience in an educational setting
• Experience supporting young people on a 1:1 basis (desirable)
