GSL Education Lincoln Branch are recruiting a caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Spilsby. You will work with teachers to deliver lessons, support individuals and small groups, and help create an inclusive learning environment.

Experience with children is desirable, alongside a patient, proactive approach and strong communication skills. An enhanced DBS is required or must be willing to apply for one.

GSL Education Lincoln Branch are seeking a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Spilsby.

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work alongside teachers to provide classroom support, encourage pupil participation and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You will play an important role in supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence and social development, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
