Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting for Flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to support local primary and secondary schools across Barnstaple and surrounding areas. Roles offer great daily rates and the choice of full-time or part-time engagements, with no take-home planning or marking.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and group support, classroom setup, and supervising during breaks. DBS enhanced checks are required; reliable and adaptable candidates thrive in varied school environments.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months' UK experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, youth clubs, sports coaching or care settings.
• Location: Based in or able to commute to Barnstaple and surrounding local schools.
• Attributes: Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting pupils' educational development.
• Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new one).

Whether you are looking for full-time work or just a few days a week, daily supply gives you complete control over your schedule without any take-home planning or marking.

What We Offer
