Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time or part-time, long‑term role designed to make a real difference.

You will provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, working 1:1 and in small groups, promoting confidence, independence and inclusive learning. References and an enhanced DBS check will be required.

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them build confidence, independence, and key life skills. You’ll work closely with teachers to support learning both one-to-one and in small groups.
