Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Worthing to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across age groups and subjects. You will assist the class teacher with behaviour management and help prepare learning resources, contributing to a proactive classroom environment.
Applicants with experience in childcare or teaching support, or backgrounds such as sports coaching, youth work, or volunteer roles with young people, are welcomed.
Supply Desk is currently working with a number of mainstream schools in Worthing to provide additional support for children within the classroom. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about education and have a genuine drive to help children achieve their full potential.
We offer a range of opportunities, from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, supporting pupils across different age groups and subjects.
