Job summary

The Heath Family Trust is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school environment. You will work with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver activities, and support pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management.

The role is a fixed-term, part-time position (32.5 hours per week, term time only). Closing date for applications is 15 September 2026, with shortlisting and interview dates soon after.

alary: SCP 7—8 £26,403—£26,824 FTE (£19,609.22—£19,921.89 pro-rated)
Contract Type: FixedTerm—Please note: This is a fixed-term contract,funded to provide dedicated support for an identified child.The contract duration is linked to the continuation of thefunding and the child’s support requirements.
Contract Term: 32.5 hoursper week, Term Time Only
