Job summary

Featherby Partnerships School, part of the Maritime Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning, development and wellbeing in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

You will work alongside teachers to help create a safe, positive and engaging classroom where every child can thrive, supporting literacy and numeracy and building pupils' confidence.

Qualifications

• Confident in literacy and numeracy, able to support learning effectively.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• Experience with primary-aged children is desirable.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in the classroom.

• Actual Salary: Medway D2 Point 4 - 11 £19,569.37 - £22,258.64
