Education and Training

£89.38 - £100 Per day

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
  • Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
  • Working with individual students or small groups to provide extra help
  • Supervising students during lessons and breaks
  • Helping to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable

The role involves working in a classroom setting, following the school calendar and timetable. The Teaching Assistant may need to assist with extracurricular activities or school events outside of regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
