Job summary

Perranporth Community Primary School, in partnership with Truro & Penwith Academy Trust, is seeking two Teaching Assistants for fixed-term roles to support Year 3 and Year 6.

These positions are 22.5 hours per week, morning sessions, and involve working with class teachers to support learning, wellbeing and inclusion for pupils across the primary range.

Job description

Teaching Assistants (Fixed Term)

22.5 hours per week (08:30am – 1:00pm)

Two positions available (Year 3 and Year 6)

Truro & Penwith Academy Trust, together with Perranporth School, are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing, helping every child to achieve their very best.

Working alongside class teachers and the wider school team, successful candidates will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning, helping children to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) application as part of their pre-employment administration.
