Job summary

TeacherActive Limited. is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable teaching assistants for supply opportunities across Medway, with roles from day-to-day to longer placements. You will provide general classroom, 1:1 or small-group support, collaborating with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.

A TA qualification is desirable and strong communication and adaptability are essential. Payroll via PAYE is used and there may be ongoing opportunities across primary and secondary

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable teaching assistants for supply opportunities across primary and secondary schools in Medway. We work with a range of local schools requiring high-quality classroom support to help pupils engage positively with their learning.

Opportunities are available across primary and secondary settings, with roles ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. Depending on the setting, the successful applicant may provide general classroom, 1:1 or small-group support, working alongside teaching staff to create a positive learning environment. Longer-term and permanent opportunities may also be available where suitable.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant teaching assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Experience providing classroom, 1:1 or small-group support
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to adapt to different learning environments
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
