The role of a Teaching Assistant:

  • Permanent contract – stability and peace of mind
  • 30 hours per week, term-time only – perfect for work–life balance
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 depending on experience
  • Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
  • Helping children reach their full potential, academically and socially

The Teaching Assistant we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school can be referenced
  • A caring, patient and flexible approach
  • A commitment to promoting a positive learning environment
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) are preferred
