About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, support classroom management and provide targeted one-to-one and small group support. Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging classroom content
• Support student learning through small group work and one-to-one assistance

• Collaborate with staff and school activities, meetings and professional development sessions
• Record and monitor student behaviour and development

• Previous experience working with children and young people in the UK is essential
• Experienced (or has an interest) in supporting SEND and/or SEMH learners
