Tradewind Recruitment is actively searching for a dedicated, hardworking, ambitious, and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join a school in Market Rasen. The school has various roles in various year groups and days, so can be very flexible to candidates. The ideal candidate for this position should possess not only a strong work ethic but also the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students. Qualifications and Attributes:

1. A genuine passion for working in an educational setting that fosters a love for learning among students.
2. Ability to work effectively with whole classes, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis, showcasing adaptability in teaching methods.
3. While a Level 2 to Level 3 qualification in Childcare is preferred, it is not essential, as we also value relevant experience and a commitment to professional development.
4. A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding for the welfare of the students.
5. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
