Job summary

The Brunts Academy is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support learning across a range of activities within a busy secondary school. The role focuses on delivering individual and small group support to help pupils access learning and reach their potential.

You will assist teachers, monitor pupil progress and support positive behaviour in classes, contributing to a safe and engaging learning environment. DBS checks and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

  • DBS checks required prior to appointment.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience supporting pupils desirable.

Job description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant who has a positive attitude to all aspects of school life. They will undertake work/care/support programmes which ensure full access to learning opportunities and assist the Teacher.
