Job summary

Compass Community School Mountfields Park in Loughborough is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and complex needs. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist learning activities and contribute to a safe, therapeutic classroom environment.

Our children require very special adults who can support children with complex and challenging behaviours.TAs in our schools will understand that our children require lots of attention, just the right sort of communication, consistency and flexibility in equal measure, and a non-judgemental approach.
