Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Year 1 team at a welcoming primary school in Long Eaton. The role involves supporting daily lessons, guiding pupils in small groups or 1:1, and helping maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children, a patient and adaptable attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for education and helping children reach their best potential.
