Oasis Academy South Bank Primary currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and deliver interventions
• Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and maintain an engaging learning environment
• Supporting children with additional needs to ensure inclusive learning for all
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting a positive, respectful classroom culture
• Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and any areas of concern
• Supervising children during break times, school trips or other activities as needed
• Working positively with parents and carers
