Are you passionate about working with children? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school team in Lincoln.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality education. You will assist in creating an engaging learning environment, and provide one-on-one support to small groups of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Teacher with classroom management and organization.
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons
• Providing one-on-one support to students or small group of students with needs.
• Preparing and maintaining teaching materials and resources
• Encouraging student participation and fostering a positive learning environment
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student development

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
