Job summary

St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant at English Martyrs' Catholic School, LE4. The role is fixed term until August 2027, 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.

You will support students one-to-one and in groups, foster confidence, and collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment. This role values a caring approach and offers pension and terms within the Trust.

Salary: £18,785.48-£19,381.72 (Actual Salary) (FTE £24,796-£25,583 per annum)

Grade: Band 2 (Points 3-5)

Start Date: ASAP (Autumn Term 2026)

Closing date: 9.00 am 24th August 2026

Interview date: W/c 7th September 2026
