Job description

Hours: 30 hours per week Term Time + 1 week INSET

St Peter’s is a small (but perfectly formed!), friendly school with a supportive staff team. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience to join our school community.

We are looking for people who:

• Are enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated

• Have a good knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Can provide a stimulating environment for learning and quality teaching

• Are able to support the school to continue to develop and improve.

• Are able to foster positive relationships with children of all ages

• Can communicate at all levels, with good interpersonal skills and a sense of humour (very important!)

• Are willing to undertake any relevant training

• Make learning fun and support our caring, child-focused ethos
