We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Chichester area that is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support for a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other professionals, you will help the pupil access learning opportunities, develop confidence and independence, and engage positively in school life.
