Job summary

Exeter House School, part of Brunel Academies Trust, is an all-through provision for children and young people with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex needs. We are looking for excellent and adaptive Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Hours: 31 hrs per week preferable, but part time will be considered. Full training appropriate to the role will be provided, and we offer CPD and benefit packages through Brunel Academies Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a school setting.
• Commitment to supporting children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support learning for children and young people with PMLD and complex needs.
• Assist lead teachers in delivering curriculum and activities.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.

Rated Good by Ofsted (Jun 23), Exeter House School is an all through Education Provision (EP) for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. We are a supportive and nurturing communityfor CYP, aged 4 -19 with 3 sites within a short distance apart in Salisbury.

We are in search of excellent and adaptive Teaching Assistants.
