Job summary

Eastern Multi-Academy Trust (EMAT) is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for Howard Junior School in King’s Lynn. The role supports teachers, pupils and families to create a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered.

You will work with individuals and groups to nurture confidence, assist with learning activities, and contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing across the school community.

Qualifications

  • English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C) or equivalent.
  • Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.

About You
