This is an important and rewarding role within our EYFS provision, supporting children with SEND to access learning, develop confidence and participate fully in the life of the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher and wider team, you will help create an inclusive environment where each child is given the support they need to succeed, both academically and emotionally.
We are looking for someone who brings patience, warmth and a genuine commitment to helping children with additional needs to achieve their best. You may already have experience in supporting pupils with SEND , or you may be looking to build on your current knowledge in a supportive school where training and teamwork are valued.
