Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £85–£90 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is currently partnering with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Hounslow that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

• Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing targeted learning plans.

• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to each pupil's needs.

• Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and life skills.

• Prior experience working with children with SEN in an educational or care setting.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach.

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us).

• Right to work in the UK.

• Weekly pay through PAYE, with competitive daily rates.
