Empathy, compassion and resilience are key characteristics the successful candidate will need to possess. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour, gained while working in a primary school, pupil referral unit or primary special school. Salary range is £19,059 - £20,382 depending on experience. This is the actual salary for the job.
