  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or similar childcare qualification
  • Some experience of working within a school setting / children
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can provide a DBS if you do not already have one at a cost)
  • Safeguarding Certificate or safeguarding training can be provided
  • Good subject knowledge
  • Patience and empathy towards pupils you are supporting
  • Confidence and a pro-active approach
