Teaching Assistant Hatfield
-SEND or Mainstream opportunities available

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our teaching staff, assisting in the delivery of high-quality education to students of all abilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and helping them succeed in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.
  2. Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
  3. Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.
  5. Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.
  6. Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.
  7. Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.
