John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) seeks an experienced Teaching Assistant to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide social and emotional support, foster a positive 1:1 relationship with a pupil and uphold high standards for the children in their care.

You will contribute to pastoral support, assist with Individual Education/Behaviour/Support plans, accompany staff and pupils on visits and activities, help pupils achieve learning goals, and provide regular feedback

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Ability to provide social and emotional support.
• Commitment to pupil wellbeing and high standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide pastoral support for pupils.

Duties will include pastoral support, involvement in the implementation of Individual Education/ Behaviour/ Support plans, accompanying teaching staff and pupils on visits, trips and out of school activities as required, providing support to pupils to achieve their learning goals and providing regular feedback to the teacher on the pupils' achievement and progress.
