An established industry player is looking for a dedicated EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team starting in September 2025. This role involves providing essential educational and pastoral support to young learners, ensuring they thrive in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a level three qualification or be willing to obtain one, alongside experience with Early Years and Key Stage 1 children. Required to start September 2025
From September 2025, we are seeking to appoint an experienced EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant for 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday). The Teaching Assistant will offer education and pastoral care and support, providing the children with a secure environment in which they can learn. They should have the ability to build good relationships with children, parents and colleagues and show effective communication skills. Patience, a sense of humour and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional learning are useful attributes. The successful candidate will be required to make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school. The successful candidate must hold a full and relevant level three qualification, or be prepared to undertake this training as soon as possible, and have experience of working with children in Early Years/Key Stage 1.
