This role is about helping special needs students one:on:one with their words, talking, hand:eye skills, and making friends. The students at this school have a range of needs so a passion for supporting people with additional needs would be ideal Youll work closely with them in different classes like swimming, music, art, and sports. The job starts now or anytime this term. You might also get to work with therapy teams, like dogs and speech therapists.

Job Details

Its in Sutton.

Its full:time, Monday to Thursday.

Its a long:term job with the opportunity to go permanent.

Youll work with college age pupils : 16+.

Classes have 5 to 8 students.

Youll help students learn life skills and make friends.

Youll help in fun classes like music, art, sports, and cooking.

You can get training while you work.

Its easy to get to by public transport.

What Were Looking For

You love working with children and young adults.

Youre good at talking and listening.

Youre patient and always positive.

Youre supportive and are able to encourage pupils to engage with learning and eachother.

For this role you must be able to commit until January 2025 at a minimum.
