Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:

1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across various subjects.
2. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and behaviour management.
3. Support pupils with additional needs to help them access learning effectively.
4. Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence.
5. Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

The Successful Candidate Will:

1. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
2. A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
5. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are beneficial but not essential.
6. Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
