Daily Pay: £85 – £95 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a number of friendly, inclusive primary schools on the Isle of Portland. These schools are seeking passionate, reliable individuals who are eager to support learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This is an ideal opportunity for:

Role Overview

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils in class under the direction of the teacher
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for targeted learning
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
  • Helping children with SEND or additional learning needs
  • Assisting with classroom setup and resources

You’ll Need To Have:

Experience working with children (formally or informally)
A friendly, proactive, and supportive nature
Willingness to get involved in all areas of school life
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Availability for at least 3 days a week (for supply work)
