Teaching Assistant

Bolton

GBP1800- GBP2200 per month - potential salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week.

The School and Role

Are you a current Level 3 or completing your Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification this year? Do you consider yourself to have a warm, nurturing approach and a love for learning through play? We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help shape the future of our youngest learners.

Fostering high expectation on behaviour around school and with each other, you will support all aspects of learning and get involved in assessing and feedback to the class Teacher.

Hours of work: 8:30am - 3:30pm - Full time 5 days per week from September.

Requirements

The requested skillset for the desired Early Years practitioner:

  • Early years Level 3 - Experience or confidence working with children in a nursery or educational setting.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years framework or a willingness to learn this.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
  • A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
