Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
  • A Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous.

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Mentor, support, and inspire learners by assisting with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
  • Assist with preparing learning materials and contribute to delivering learning objectives, with a focus on behavioral management.
  • Provide daily reports on learners’ progress and barriers to learning.
  • Interact regularly with parents/caregivers.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A committed and passionate approach to supporting students with SEND.
  • At least two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
  • A Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous.
