Job summary

Palterton Primary School, part of Redhill Academy Trust, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning and individual pupil progress. The role is fixed-term, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, in a supportive inclusive setting.

You will demonstrate compassion, empathy and strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and helping young people thrive academically and personally. DBS checks and references apply.

Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale - Band 7 - Scale Point 32 - 36

Actual salary: £22,094.89 - £23,923.66 per annum (FTE: £26,141.85 - £28,305.58)

32.5 hours per week - Full Time - Fixed Term - Term Time Only
