Overview

We are so proud to be supporting our local school in Grimsby who are looking to add a number of Teaching Assistants to their growing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. Pay rate up to £108 per day!

The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those that can commit to 2-5 days per week, but must be full days as no morning/afternoon shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils aged 6-16 in groups based on ability, with groups no larger than 6 pupils and a minimum of 3 staff members in each group.
• Be resilient, adaptable and creative; candidates should be thick-skinned as pupils can be challenging.
• Participate in a meet-and-greet at the earliest opportunity, including a tour of the school and meeting the Head Teacher to discuss the role’s responsibilities.
