General Teaching Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant positions available in Darlington

We're looking for staff to join our #TiniesSupply team, to help with bookings in schools in the area.

As a general Teaching Assistant or Special Education Needs TA/ HLTA your role may include:
As an SEN teaching assistant, you could:
  • working in mainstream or specialist schools
  • prepping learning materials
  • adapting teaching support according to student's needs
  • being aware of and looking after children's physical, social and emotional welfare
  • creating an interesting environment for students
  • accurate record keeping and input to review meetings
  • collaborative work with professionals such as health care practitioners or educational psychologists

  • Tinies are looking for people who:

  • have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • enjoy working with other people
  • are flexible and open to change
  • possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • have a good knowledge of teaching and the ability to support or design courses

    Pay: £80-100 full day rate depending on your qualifications and the role required, paid monthly
    Hours: Typically 6.5hr for a full day
