Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Coventry?

Winner Education are working with a primary school in Coventry who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately. This is a long‑term role, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, providing hands‑on care and classroom support.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support pupils with SLD, ASD, challenging behaviours, sensory needs, and many who are non‑verbal
  • Assist with classroom activities and practical learning experiences
  • Provide personal care where required
  • Support pupils during breaks, lunch, and other school activities
  • Work alongside teachers to implement individual learning plans
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND (SLD, ASD, sensory needs, or challenging behaviours)
  • Resilient, patient, and physically able to support active pupils
  • Ability to provide personal care when needed
  • Flexibility to work in different settings and adapt to pupils’ needs
  • Previous teaching experience is a bonus, but not essential – agency teachers with SEND experience may also be considered
