Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Islington, North London. This full-time, term-time role pays 95-105 per day and starts September 2025.

You will provide classroom support to teachers across subjects, work one-to-one and in small groups, and help prepare resources. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a real passion for education.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting secondary-aged students is desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) is required.
• Passion for education and helping young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
