Job Title: Graduate Assistant

We are working with a thriving Secondary School that is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join their team as a Graduate Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and students, providing support both inside and outside the classroom, and contributing to the development of educational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-to-one and group support to students in various subjects.
  2. Assist with the planning and delivery of educational activities and lessons.
  3. Support teachers in preparing materials and resources.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Encourage student engagement and participation in extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
  1. The right to work in the UK.
  2. Recent graduate in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, English, Maths, Science, RE, etc.).
  3. Has or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  6. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to education and personal growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
