The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, empathetic, and confident in managing behaviours associated with Autism.
Essential: Previous experience working specifically with children or young people with Autism. The candidate should have a strong understanding of ASC, be confident in supporting students with their unique needs, patient, empathetic, and capable of managing behaviours linked to Autism, providing emotional support, and fostering independence.
