Responsibilities:

1. Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN.
2. Understanding the needs of each pupil and how best to support them in the classroom.
3. Working with the class teacher to feedback progress and work together to provide the best support possible.
4. Helping out during lunch and break times.
5. Following the school's behaviour management policy.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with children
2. Level 2/3 childcare qualification (desirable)
3. Strong English and Maths skills
4. Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness)
