Monarch Education is partnering with a large multi-academy trust in the Cheddar area, which will be utilizing our services from September 2025. These schools include a mix of primary, secondary, and SEND specialist schools.

We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time Teaching Assistant roles, with more bookings expected in September. The trust is eager to build its own talent pool of day-to-day staff. Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with primary or secondary students or relevant background (e.g., recent psychology graduate, care sector experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
