Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant – Supporting Special Educational Needs & Complex Needs

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for increase

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with special educational needs and complex needs within a school setting.

  • Assist in the delivery of individual learning plans and classroom activities.

  • Support students in their personal care needs, as required.

  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

  • Encourage and foster positive relationships with students to promote their confidence and development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual.

  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or complex needs, is an advantage but not essential.

  • Ability to support personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

  • A commitment to supporting every student’s progress and well-being.
