Avanti Grange Secondary School is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students' learning and development. Salary: Grade 3, £24,338 - £25,403 per annum pro rata. Approximate pro rata £16,869 - £17,607 per annum (0.69309 FTE)

We are looking for a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, social, and emotional development. You will help implement individual learning programmes, support access to specialist provision, and contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
