Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: GBP22,300.00 per annum plus a Welcome Bonus of GBP1,000

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship.

Candidates must have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle to get to work.

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Underley Garden School, part of Options Autism, as part of our growth.

Your role involves connecting with students, helping them maximize their educational potential, and supporting their emotional and physical needs. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, supervising pupils, and supporting their development and engagement.

Who we are looking for

We seek passionate individuals eager to support pupils with diverse needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Personal care duties may be required.

Experience is desirable but not essential; we provide full training. Enthusiastic, warm candidates who want to make a positive impact are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be adaptable and prepared to work indoors and outdoors, leading activities and supervising pupils in various settings.
