Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston

Salary: £21,782.64 per annum

About Us:

Cambian Red Rose School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school providing specialist education for up to 30 students aged 5-17 years with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. We focus on high expectations and personalized support to meet each student's needs.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Assist students in their educational and social development.
2. Support students inside and outside the classroom to engage in various activities.
3. Help set up activities, using technology or environmental adjustments as needed.
4. Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and manage classroom situations positively.
5. Work 1:1 or 2:1 with students to provide tailored support.
