Job description

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Fixed Term 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our lovely school. The role is linked to an EHCP child who requires support for physical mobility and is due to start with us in Year 1.

The successful candidate will hold an important post supporting a child with physical mobility needs, who is joining us in Year 1 later in the summer term 2025. The post holder will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of a high-quality provision and curriculum, including involvement in assessment and observation routines. The role will also involve supporting this child in moving around the school and ensuring they can access and participate in school life as fully as possible.
