Job summary

GSL Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools across Buckinghamshire. Immediate starts available with full-time, part-time and flexible roles. You'll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assist teachers in the classroom, and help pupils with SEN and additional needs.

A positive, patient approach and clear communication are essential. Opportunities exist to gain valuable classroom experience and progression into education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Good communication skills and a patient, positive approach.
• Reliability, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in education.
• Willingness to support pupils with different learning needs.
• SEN experience is desirable, but not essential.
